All customers of Expat Protected will receive access to a growing collection of legal document generators designed specifically for expats living in Thailand.
The first document now available is:
Last Will and Testament (Thai Law)
Customers can now create a bilingual English/Thai Last Will and Testament directly inside the portal.
The system guides you step-by-step through simple questions and automatically generates a professionally structured legal document adapted for Thailand.
You can customize the will with optional sections such as:
- Appointment of Executor
- Distribution of Assets
- Specific Requests and Legacies
- Guardianship of Minor Children
- Trusts and Trustee Appointments
- Funeral and Burial Instructions
- Digital Assets and Digital Executors
- Contestation Clauses

The generated document is prepared under Thai legal structure and can be saved as a draft or exported as PDF.
